DIANE LADD - AUNT ILYA
Born in Meridian, Mississippi, Diane Ladd has appeared in over 120 roles throughout her prolific career. The three-time Academy Award nominee joined the cast of the long-running CBS soap opera THE SECRET STORM before landing a role in Roman Polanski's CHINATOWN. Diane earned her first Academy Award nomination for her role as Flo in Martin Scorcese's ALICE DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE. Later, Diane reprised the role of Flo, now named Belle, in the TV version of the film. Diane also earned Academy Award nominations for her performances in WILD AT HEART and RAMBLING ROSE. In 1995, Diane made her writing and directing debut with MRS. MUNCK, starring herself, Bruce Dern, Kelly Preston and Shelley Winters. Diane also appeared in A KISS BEFORE DYING, PRIMARY COLORS, 28 DAYS, and INLAND EMPIRE.
Diane has also made several television appearances, including Emmy-nominated guest roles on DR. QUINN: MEDICINE WOMAN, GRACE UNDER FIRE and TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL. Additionally, Diane has appeared in several Broadway and off-Broadway productions, including CARRY ME BACK TO MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS with Lou Gossett Jr. and Sidney Poitier, NOISY PASSENGERS with Robert De Niro, and Lu Ann Hampton Laverty Oberlander. Diane also published a book on health and spirituality entitled SPIRALING THROUGH THE SCHOOL OF LIFE, and is currently working on her autobiography.

CO-WRITER/DIRECTOR - PAUL SCHATTEL
Paul Schattel's first film, the 35mm SINKHOLE, a rural noir thriller about a small town Meth ring, was nurtured through the IFP-NY program, and upon its arrival was a critical favorite and won many festival awards, including Best Feature.
It was quickly snapped up by Shoreline Entertainment for their Watermark label, and has since been acquired and played on television around the world.
The following year, the IFP welcomed Paul back with his screenplay for THE MOURNING PORTRAIT, which was subsequently optioned by Belladonna Productions with Schattel attached as director. During the development process, Schattel decided to mount a quicker, smaller, more experimental project. Using a local cast and crew, and hoping to expand his own craft and learn new ways to tell a story, Schattel conceived a project that used extensive collaboration as a means to creating a narrative. That movie is ALISON.
Other projects in development for Schattel are the skewed romantic comedy COUNTRYPOLITAN (about the 1960's country music scene), the dark contemporary fantasy OLD EXIT ONE, and a sinister and surreal coming-of-age story, HARVESTMAN. In the meantime, Schattel also runs Harrow Beauty Pictures, a commercial film and video outfit based in North Carolina, and has directed and created content for clients such as Volvo, Moog Music, Animal Planet, Paste Magazine, and The Discovery Network.
CO-WRITER- PATRICK GREENEActor/Writer Patrick C. Greene tried his hand at screenwriting a decade ago and quickly found success, selling his original screenplay HOLLYWOOD BLACK within a few months. The son of a novelist and newspaper journalist, Greene had an early and extensive exposure to the craft of writing. Coupled with frequent visits to the local cinemas, this naturally led to an interest in screenwriting and acting. In addition to THE MOURNING PORTRAIT, he also has in development, S.O.L., a post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller, and the slasher spectacle SERAPHIM, both of which will also feature Greene in major acting roles.RENE BASTIAN and LINDA MORAN

CORBIN - PRODUCERBorn & educated in the Low country of South Carolina, Stephen M. Corbin has worked in the motion picture industry since the late 1980's, including MR. DESTINY, SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY, MY COUSIN VINNY, HOME ALONE 2: LOST IN NEW YORK, CONTACT, 28 DAYS, PATCH ADAMS, FORCES OF NATURE, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT and many others. Stephen began his television career in 1983 in the engineering Dept. of SCETV/PBS and worked on the syndicated PBS shows FIRING LINE with William F. Buckley and NATURE SCENE among many others of national prominence.
In 2006 Stephen served as Field Producer for the PBS 'Independent Lens' project PAUL CONRAD: DRAWING FIRE which was narrated by Tom Brokaw. He has also worked for MTV Networks and was a producer's assistant for the 1993 MTV Movie Awards in Burbank, CA.
Stephen has worked freelance for many other networks and companies, such as Paramount, Universal, Disney, Sony Pictures, NBC, VH-1, Nickelodeon,CBS, ABC and PBS. He also has worked directly with and for producers such as Richard D. Zanuck, Lili Fini Zanuck, Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock and Robin Williams. In 2005 he and his company BlackWater Group, LLC produced a concert to benefit Habitat For Humanity in Western North Carolina with Dwight Yoakam and The Charlie Daniels Band.
CORDELIA STEPHENS - PRODUCER, BELLADONNA PRODUCTIONSCordelia Stephens has ten years of experience developing and producing projects in the UK and the US, and has been working as Head of Development at Belladonna Productions, NY since 2003. Belladonna's credits include AN ENGLISHMAN IN NEW YORK, FUNNY GAMES, A GUIDE TO RECOGNIZING YOUR SAINTS, TRANSAMERICA, and L.I.E. among many others. In 2002 Cordelia completed an eight-month International Secondment, financed by the British Government, at finance consultants/sales agent Cinetic Media and production company Open City Films, having completed the prestigious EAVE European Co-production course in 2001. She has strong links with production initiatives in the UK, having Executive Produced 14 shorts for the Cineworks program financed by the UK Film Council, Scottish Screen, and BBC Scotland, six of which have won New Talent BAFTAs. Cordelia has an M.A. in Fine Art from the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art.
